MISSION STATEMENT
To provide local CME that enhances the skills, knowledge, and function of its members in the practice of dermatology, as well as to provide a forum for communication, to build collegial relationships, and advance the utilization and team concept of PAs in the practice of dermatology.

Anne Lee, PA-C, MSPAS, MPHPRESIDENTAnne Lee was originally born in Taiwan and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mrs. Lee worked in a nonprofit health clinic in Santa Cruz for three years before attending Touro University where she received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health. She has been specializing in dermatology since 2007. Mrs. Lee currently works in Beverly Hills, CA and Glendale, CA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, cooking, and hiking.

Anita Garrett, PA-CVICE PRESIDENTAnita Garrett has been a certified PA for 22 years graduating from the Stanford, Primary Care Associate Program in 1996. She had 2 ½ years of internal medicine experience before making the decision to join Dr. Jeffrey Crowley at Bakersfield Dermatology 19 years ago. She has extensive general and surgical dermatology experience seeing patients of all ages. She has recently added aesthetics to her scope of practice as well. She is passionate about her connection to her patients and making sure she delivers the best care she can as well as helping build the PA profession.

ALEXA HERZIG, MHS, PA-CSECRETARYAlexa Herzig, MHS, PA-C is a certified physician assistant specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from The University of California, Santa Cruz and her Masters Of Health Services in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of California, Davis. Alexa is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has an active Physician Assistant license in the state of California. She currently practices in Calabasas, CA.

Jaclyn Agopian, MPAP, PA-CTREASURERJaclyn Agopian received a Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She has been in clinical practice in general as well as cosmetic dermatology since 2010 and currently works in private practice in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Wendy Kao, MSPAS, MPH, PA-CDIRECTOR AT LARGEWendy is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant practicing in dermatology. Wendy grew up in Japan, Taiwan, and Cupertino, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Sciences from University of California, Irvine and her dual Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Touro University. Wendy is currently practicing in Los Angeles.

SARA WEISKIRCH, PA-CDIRECTOR AT LARGESara Weiskirch is a California-licensed and board certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in Orange County and received her Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree from University of California, Irvine. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University, TN. She currently practices in West Hills and Sherman Oaks.
